1. Consultation

This is my chance to understand your goals and needs, tour your home, provide education on the process, and walk you through paperwork. It’s a great time to chat, get to know each other and answer any questions.

2. Pricing

Often, the price isn’t locked in until the day before listing. Don’t forget to ask why! Pricing is everything. The two key elements you’re hiring me for are pricing and negotiating.

3. Preparation

Painting, floor plans, photography, videography, staging, handyman, pre-inspection, cleaning, VIP tours, marketing materials, finalized paperwork. All of this prep work will make all the rest work.

4. Reporting

Understanding feedback, updated active and sold properties, touring and reviewing the competing properties, showing activity updates, marketing tracking and results. Are we on track?

5. Negotiating

You’re hiring me to negotiate on your behalf and I have over a decade of experience doing so. From earning and reviewing offers, to handling conditions and amendments. You’re in good hands.
